Privacy notice

GalaxyHQ is in development and has not launched. There are no customer accounts and no payments. The only personal information this site collects is what you send when you join the waitlist, plus the standard records a web server keeps. This page says what that is, why we keep it, and what we do not do with it.

Who we are

This site, galaxyhq.ai, is run by the GalaxyHQ team. The company that operates GalaxyHQ will be named on this page before any paid service is offered. You can reach us at hello@galaxyhq.ai.

What we collect when you join the waitlist

Your email address (required).
Anything optional you add: your company name and what you would use GalaxyHQ for on the main page, or your brokerage name on the brokerage page.
Campaign tags from the link you arrived on, if it had any (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign).
Technical details sent with the form: your IP address, your browser's user-agent string and the time you signed up.

Why we collect it

To email you when early access opens. If you signed up on the brokerage page, to contact you about a BrokerDIY demo as onboarding opens.
To understand who is interested, so we know who to build for first.

Today the site sends no automatic emails. Joining the waitlist does not create an account and does not commit you to buy anything.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
This site has no analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies.
We take no payments and collect no card or bank details.

Where it is kept

Waitlist entries are stored on a rented cloud server that we operate. Like most websites, the server also keeps logs (IP address, browser, the referring page, the full address requested including any campaign tags, the time, and sign-up events, which include your email address) to keep the site running and secure.

This site's pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when a page opens. Google's own privacy policy covers that connection.

Email you send to hello@galaxyhq.ai passes through an email forwarding service on its way to our team's inbox.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist entry while the waitlist is running, or until you ask us to remove it.

Your choices

To see, correct or remove your waitlist entry, email hello@galaxyhq.ai from the address you signed up with. We aim to act on the request and reply to confirm.

Changes to this notice

If what we collect or how we use it changes, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
