These terms cover your use of this website, galaxyhq.ai, and the GalaxyHQ waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. They are short because, today, there is very little to agree to: GalaxyHQ is in development, nothing is for sale, and we take no payments.
Who we are
This site is run by the GalaxyHQ team. The company that operates GalaxyHQ will be named on this page before any paid service is offered. Contact: hello@galaxyhq.ai.
What GalaxyHQ is today
- GalaxyHQ is a product in development. It is not yet available to customers.
- This site describes what we are building. Features, timing and design may change, and a description on this site is not a promise that a feature will ship in that form.
- Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. There are no accounts, plans or prices to accept here.
The waitlist
- Joining is free and creates no obligation for you or for us.
- Joining does not guarantee access, a price or a feature.
- Please sign up only with an email address that is yours or that you are allowed to use.
- You can leave at any time by emailing hello@galaxyhq.ai from the address you signed up with.
- How we handle what you send is explained in our privacy notice.
Payments, cancellation and refunds
We do not take payments on this site, and no paid plan exists yet. Before anyone is charged for GalaxyHQ, we will publish the price, what it includes, and how billing, cancellation and refunds work. You will see and accept those terms before you pay anything.
Using the site
Please do not misuse the site: do not try to break or overload it, get around its security, or use the sign-up form to submit other people's details or automated entries.
Other products
The brokerage page on this site describes BrokerDIY, a separate product for real estate brokerages. Signing up there joins the BrokerDIY list and is covered by the same privacy notice.
Governing law
The law that governs these terms will be stated here once the company that operates GalaxyHQ is named.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top. Joining or staying on the waitlist after a change means the updated terms apply to the waitlist from then on.
